Remote Ballasted Lighting Systems
These systems are available in both dedicated High Pressure Sodium and Metal Halide and also available as "switchable" HPS/MH units. Wattages available range from
250-1000 watt.
The Cool-Star and Agro Star ballast systems both feature the innovative Thermal Chimney which allows internal components to operate at up to 20 degrees Celsius cooler than competing systems.
By utilizing the Thermal Chimney design, the ballast housing does not use open air vents, thus guarding against exposure to dirt/dust and moisture.
